Dans son décor raffiné de bois, de pierres et de bleu (roi ?), le lieu propose une cuisine non moins raffinée. Que les inconditionnels du terroir se rassurent, on peut aussi y déguster local, avec la gouline ou le crémet d'Anjou. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, des amateurs de viande ou de poisson aux végétariens. En entrée : brioche perdue au foie gras ou oeuf mollet au velouté de châtaigne, puis saumon mariné au miso et algue ou purée de butternut et légumes. Le nouveau chef Antoine Lopez sublime les produits du potager bio et des producteurs locaux dans une cuisine florale, créative et de saison. À la carte : Velouté de petits pois de printemps, menthe du jardin, plantain et violettes cristallisées - Carré d'agneau de Touraine en croûte d'herbes, panais et carotte confite, polenta verte, fleurs de romarin et de lierre terrestre - Fraise du pays marinées, panna cotta à la violette, pâquerettes et géranium rosat, tuile aux amandes. Dans ce cadre intimiste d'une vingtaine de couverts, chaque assiette célèbre le terroir ligérien, accompagnée de vins locaux. Un moment hors du temps, entre nature et gastronomie. Aux commandes, Marin et Xavier préparent de délicieux plateaux de fruits de mer composés de homard, langoustines, crevettes sauvages, huîtres creuses, bulots, bigorneaux... Les plateaux s'étoffent encore pour les fêtes de fin d'année. On s'approvisionne aussi ici en poissons de ligne en direct du Guilvinec ou de la pêche côtière d'Erquy. On apprécie la variété des poissons : du mulet au poulpe en passant par le chinchard (un délice en ceviche !) ou le saumon labellisé ikejime et Label Rouge en direct d'Écosse. Der Park liegt im oberen Teil der Stadt, zwischen 59th und 110th Street von Süden nach Norden (4 km lang) und von der 5th Avenue bis zum Central Park West von Osten nach Westen. Er wurde Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts angelegt, um den New Yorkern die Möglichkeit zu geben, die Freuden der Natur zu genießen und sich zu erholen. Es dauerte 20 Jahre und über 10 Millionen Waggons mit Erde und Felsen, um diese natürliche Umgebung im Herzen der Stadt zu schaffen. Der Park wurde erst 1876 fertiggestellt und errichtete eine von Menschenhand geordnete Landschaft, wo sich zuvor Sümpfe ausgebreitet hatten. Die beiden Landschaftsarchitekten des Central Parks, Frederick Olmsted und Calvert Vaux, träumten von einem demokratischen und ländlichen Raum, in dem jeder zum Glück aller beitragen sollte. Ihr erster Plan sah den Central Park als einen Dschungel vor, der weit weniger zerklüftet war als heute. Die Stadt zwang die Architekten jedoch, einen sehr quadratischen und präzisen Park zu entwerfen, der ein Abbild der Stadt darstellte. Beginnen Sie Ihren Besuch bei The Dairy, der umfassendsten Touristeninformation des Parks, in der Sie alle möglichen Aktivitäten sowie das Kultur- und Musikprogramm finden. Leur établissement au concept original réunit une poissonnerie et un restaurant de poissons. C'est une très bonne adresse pour choisir un poisson, des fruits de mer venus tout droit de la criée du port de pêche de Lorient. Et pour vous faire savourer l'océan, vous avez le choix parmi les langoustes, langoustines, noix de Saint-Jacques, daurades, thonines, araignées, tourteaux, huîtres, bulots, bigorneaux,... en respectant la saisonnalité des produits de la mer. On se retrouve dans la salle aux tons gris-bleus pour un café, un petit-déjeuner, partager des huîtres, siroter un cocktail, pour la coupe glacée ou la crêpe du goûter. La Comète a aussi forgé sa réputation sur ses spécialités : le foie gras, les burgers et frites maison, moules et poissons frais dont le tataki de thon, et des tartares et salades si vous avez envie de fraîcheur.
