du Petit Futé</h4><div class=\"petitfute_reviews-content\"><p>C'est non loin des vestiges des remparts et du château d'Anne de Bretagne, juste en face de la cathédrale que la devanture rouge de la Trinitaine est installée à Nantes. Dans cette boutique où le bois des poutres côtoie la pierre des piliers en granit, c'est un véritable paradis des gourmands et des amoureux du terroir breton. On trouve une large variété de spécialités bretonnes aussi bien salées que sucrées, de la pointe du Raz au Pays nantais. Avec par exemple ces belles boîtes colorées ou peintes que nos grands-mères attrapaient dans le buffet au moment du café et qui contiennent les savoureuses, et fameuses, galettes bretonnes au beurre. Mais les galettes ne sont pas seules sur les étagères de la Trinitaine : kouign-amann, sablés, madeleines... En 2023, goûtez au trinibeurre à la vanille, framboise et chocolat. Mais aussi des confiseries : berlingots nantais, caramels au beurre salé, crème de Salidou, des Coucougnettes (amandes grillées) ou des Niniches (sucettes de Quiberon). Côté salé, c'est encore ici les idées gourmandes avec un large choix de conserves et autres préparations (thon, sardines) mais également des soupes de poissons, des produits de la Belle Iloise ou du sel de Guérande, ainsi que des chips au sarrasin, Crousti Breizh, ou encore le caramel au sarrasin. Un coin est consacré aux spécialités de boissons : nantillais, cidre, chouchen, pommeau, liqueurs, bières. De belles confitures figurent parmi toutes ces douceurs avec notamment la marque Bois Jumel et des parfums savoureux. Un coup de coeur pour les belles boîtes, et les nouveaux coffrets dessinés par B. Morinay. Enfin admirez la vaisselle en faïence ou encore le textile avec la célèbre Bécassine.
