En 2025, la verveine fête ses 10 ans et inaugure son nouvel espace boutique. Si vous craignez d'être trop dépaysé, rassurez-vous, l'objectif de Noah est justement de réaliser les pâtisseries les plus classiques possibles ! Sans oeufs ni lait ni beurre, le pâtissier réalise des merveilles qui ressemblent à s'y méprendre aux originales. Flan, carrot cake, tarte au citron ou opéra : on les emporte ou on les déguste sur place dans un cadre agréable avec un thé ou café bio.
