class=\"petitfute_reviews-content\"><p>The Sagrada Família, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is an exceptional church, the work of the brilliant architect Antoni Gaudí. Today, more than 140 years after the laying of the first stone, the basilica is still under construction. It is an exceptional temple that you must visit! Gaudí has indeed created a grandiose masterpiece, composed of 18 towers, rising to different heights and three main facades, true representations of the Bible carved in stone, in the open air. The one of the Nativity, dedicated to Christ, enjoys an exuberant decoration, while the one of Passion, which represents the suffering of Christ, is much simpler. Finally, the facade of the Glory reveals a monumental representation of the Last Judgment, the Glory but also Hell. But it is important to know that it was the architect Francisco de Paula del Villar who, in 1882, undertook the construction project of the Sagrada Familia. He proposed a neo-Gothic style with pointed windows, buttresses and a slender bell tower. After disagreements of a technical nature, it is Gaudí who takes over. He presented a project of great ambition. March 19 of that year marked an important event: the first stone of the building was laid by Bishop Urquinaona. The work progressed well, and in 1885 the first masses were held in the chapel of St. Joseph, located in the crypt, where Gaudí's body now lies. From 1914 onwards, Gaudí devoted himself exclusively to this architectural work until his accidental death in 1926, when he was hit by a bus. While the Sagrada Familia was truly the masterpiece of his life and occupied all his thoughts and energy (note that he even slept on the spot, his work bordering on obsession), the bell tower of the Bernabé Apostle is unfortunately the only one he was able to see completed. Following the death of the architect, the path is still full of pitfalls and the Spanish Civil War, from 1936 to 1939, did not spare the construction project of the building. Indeed, the Sagrada Familia was subject to acts of vandalism, the models were destroyed, the plans and photographs burned. Nevertheless, after the war, the architect Francesc de Paula Quintana decided to take over the direction of the work, despite the magnitude of the task. He set about reconstructing the project with the little material he had saved. His efforts were not in vain, since in 1952 the façade of the Nativity was illuminated for the first time. Several architects followed, all of them respecting Gaudí's project. We owe them, in 2010, the construction of the naves, columns, vaults, transepts, crossing, apse and main facade. That same year, Pope Benedict XVI consecrated the minor basilica and the nave received the City of Barcelona Prize. Over the years, the towers are gradually raised, one after another, so that in 2021, the tower of the Virgin Mary, decorated with the famous mosaics <i>trencadís</i>, is inaugurated and the star that crowns it is placed in a moving celebration. With 138 meters high, it is the second tallest tower in the building, after that of Jesus, which rises to 172.50 meters. The city of Barcelona hopes to inaugurate the architectural complex of the Sagrada Familia, a titanic masterpiece if ever there was one, in 2026, on the centenary of the death of Gaudí, a genius architect with an impressive artistic sensibility. The history of this interminable construction deserves to be known, but nothing beats a visit to realize the splendor of the building. The entrance is expensive, as part of the money is donated to the works, and you will have to book in advance to avoid the long hours of queue at the entrance. But, once inside, you will be overwhelmed, having certainly not seen anything like it before, regardless of your religious beliefs. The first impression that comes to mind when entering the Sagrada Familia is its majesty: the size of the temple itself but also the height of the vaults of the columns, the countless plays of light created by the stained glass windows, etc. The Sagrada Familia is a fairy world, a real forest of palm trees - nature having always been Gaudí's main source of inspiration -. The columns that line the nave, as you will see, are the trunks among which you will walk, inviting you to the calm of reflection and contemplation. Among the most remarkable elements, look at the golden triangle of the presbytery, visible from the door of the Glory. Framed by a large hyperboloid, it symbolizes the Eternal Father and was created by Jordi Bonet. Sculpted on the door of the Glory, you can read the Our Father in large letters, which is available in 50 languages. At hand level, as if to open the door, Antoni's \"A\" and Gaudi's \"G\" are revealed before your eyes. Finally, you must admire the stained glass windows. In the morning they illuminate the interior of the temple with pale and rather cold colors. But, as the day progresses, the light passes through the stained glass windows with warmer tones, radiating on the immense columns. As you can see, each visit to the Sagrada Familia is unique. Gaudí, whose teachers did not know if he was a madman or a genius, offers you a transcendent experience of beauty.</p></div></div><div class=\"description-section link-to-establishment-page\"><i Die Familie Montgolfier und die Familie Aynard, die sich in der Führung abgelöst haben, haben dieses Erbe seit 1820 geschützt und sich dafür eingesetzt, dass es 1981 in die Liste des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes aufgenommen wurde, sodass jeder die einzigartige Atmosphäre des Ortes spüren kann.</p><p>Ab 1996 wurden die Gärten unter der Leitung des englischen Landschaftsarchitekten Peter Holmes komplett neu gestaltet, um eine grüne Oase inmitten der mittelalterlichen Architektur zu schaffen. Neun Gärten zwischen den Gebäuden nehmen eine Fläche von etwa zwei Hektar ein. Alleen ermöglichen es, diese französischen Gärten zu genießen und fördern die Reflexion in dieser ehemaligen Hochburg der Zisterzienserspiritualität. Eine riesige, 40 Meter hohe Platane, die 1780 in der Mitte des Hofes gepflanzt wurde, bildet das neuralgische Zentrum der heutigen Grands Jardins. Im Jahr 2004 verlieh das Kulturministerium der Abtei aufgrund der Schönheit dieses Bereichs das Label Jardin remarquable (bemerkenswerter Garten). Seit 2022 setzt die Abtei diese Verbindung zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart mit dem Jardin des Simples fort, der von dem Architekten Olivier Damée entworfen wurde.</p><p><b>Veranstaltungen bestimmen den Rhythmus des Lebens in der Abtei :</b></p><p>- <b>Vom 13. Der Weihnachtsmarkt bietet Kunsthandwerk, Gastronomie und Unterhaltung in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre.</p><p>- <b>Am 6. und 7. Juni, von 10.00 bis 12.00 Uhr und von 14.00 bis 18.00 Uhr,</b> können Sie bei den Rendez-vous aux jardins die landschaftlichen Bereiche und die Geschichte der Klostergärten entdecken.</p><p>- <b>Am Samstag, den 8. August 2026, findet von 20:30 bis 23:00 Uhr</b> ein Symphoniekonzert mit dem Orchestre des Musiciens d'Europe und dem Cellisten Pierre Fontenelle statt, das die mit Kerzen beleuchtete Abtei verzaubert.</p><p>- <b>Am 19. und 20. class=\"petitfute_reviews-content\"><p>Die Sagrada Família, UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe, ist eine außergewöhnliche Kirche, die von dem genialen Architekten Antoni Gaudí entworfen wurde. Heute, mehr als 140 Jahre nach der Grundsteinlegung, befindet sich die Basilika immer noch im Bau. Diesen außergewöhnlichen Tempel sollten Sie unbedingt besuchen! Gaudí hat nämlich ein grandioses Meisterwerk errichtet, das aus 18 Türmen besteht, die sich in verschiedenen Höhen erheben, und aus drei Hauptfassaden, die wahre, in Stein gemeißelte Darstellungen der Bibel unter freiem Himmel sind. Die Geburtskirche, die Christus gewidmet ist, erfreut sich einer üppigen Dekoration, während die Passionskirche, die das Leiden Christi darstellt, weitaus schlichter ist. Die Fassade der Glorie schließlich enthüllt eine monumentale Darstellung des Jüngsten Gerichts, der Glorie, aber auch der Hölle. Man muss jedoch wissen, dass es der Architekt Francisco de Paula del Villar war, der 1882 das Projekt zum Bau der Sagrada Familia in Angriff nahm. Er schlug einen neogotischen Stil mit Spitzbogenfenstern, Strebepfeilern und einem schlanken Glockenturm vor. Nach technischen Meinungsverschiedenheiten übernahm Gaudí die Leitung. Er legte ein sehr ehrgeiziges Projekt vor. Der 19. März desselben Jahres war ein wichtiges Ereignis: Bischof Urquinaona legte den Grundstein für das Gebäude. Die Bauarbeiten gingen recht gut voran, denn 1885 konnten die ersten Messen in der Kapelle des Heiligen Josef in der Krypta abgehalten werden, in der heute Gaudís Leichnam ruht. Ab 1914 widmete sich Gaudí ausschließlich diesem architektonischen Werk bis zu seinem Unfalltod im Jahr 1926, als er von einem Bus überfahren wurde. Während die Sagrada Familia wirklich das Meisterwerk seines Lebens war und all seine Gedanken und Energie in Anspruch nahm (man sollte wissen, dass er sogar vor Ort schlief, da seine Arbeit an Besessenheit grenzte), war der Glockenturm des Apostels Bernabé leider der einzige, dessen Fertigstellung er miterleben durfte. Nach dem Tod des Architekten war der Weg noch voller Hindernisse und der spanische Bürgerkrieg von 1936 bis 1939 verschonte das Bauprojekt nicht. Tatsächlich war die Sagrada Familia Gegenstand von Vandalismus, die Modelle wurden zerstört, Pläne und Fotografien verbrannt. Dennoch beschloss der Architekt Francesc de Paula Quintana nach dem Krieg, die Bauleitung trotz der Größe der Aufgabe wieder zu übernehmen. Er machte sich daran, das Projekt mithilfe des wenigen Materials, das ihm geblieben war, zu rekonstruieren. Seine Bemühungen blieben nicht erfolglos, denn 1952 wurde die Fassade der Geburtskirche zum ersten Mal beleuchtet. Es folgten mehrere Architekten, die sich alle an Gaudís Entwurf hielten. Sie bauten 2010 die Kirchenschiffe, die Säulen, die Gewölbe, die Querschiffe, die Vierung, die Apsis und die Hauptfassade. Im selben Jahr weihte Papst Benedikt XVI. die Basilica minor und das Kirchenschiff erhielt den Preis der Stadt Barcelona. Im Laufe der Jahre wächst ein Turm nach dem anderen in die Höhe, sodass 2021 der mit den berühmten <i>Trencadís-Mosaiken</i> geschmückte Turm der Jungfrau Maria eingeweiht und der Stern, der ihn krönt, in einer bewegenden Feier aufgesetzt wird. Mit einer Höhe von 138 Metern ist er der zweithöchste Turm des Gebäudes, nach dem Turm von Jesus, der 172,50 Meter hoch ist. Die Stadt Barcelona hofft, den architektonischen Komplex der Sagrada Familia, ein titanisches Meisterwerk, im Jahr 2026 einweihen zu können, wenn sich der Todestag von Gaudí, dem genialen Architekten mit der beeindruckenden künstlerischen Sensibilität, zum hundertsten Mal jährt. Die Geschichte dieses endlosen Baus verdient es, bekannt gemacht zu werden, aber nichts geht über einen Besuch, um sich von der Pracht des Gebäudes ein Bild zu machen. Der Eintritt ist teuer, da ein Teil des Geldes in die Bauarbeiten fließt, und Sie sollten im Voraus buchen, um stundenlanges Anstehen am Eingang zu vermeiden. Aber wenn Sie erst einmal drin sind, werden Sie überwältigt sein, denn so etwas haben Sie bestimmt noch nie zuvor gesehen, ganz gleich, welche religiösen Überzeugungen Sie haben.
